This has been up for a couple days but I wanted to wait until I had time to watch it.
My thoughts are pretty simple. People have begun to view the pastor and vocational ministers as an outsourcing of the biblical mandate for their work in their local church and community.
Were as I believe that the biblical model is one where the pastor and ministry staff exist to empower people to do the things he mentioned as work for a pastor.
